1. Information We Collect & How We Use It

Nova10 collects only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services. This may include your name, email address, authentication information, payment details processed securely through Paddle, device information, browser type, IP address, usage analytics, and any content you choose to create, upload, schedule, or publish using the platform. If you connect third-party services such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X, we receive only the permissions and account information that you explicitly authorize through those providers. We use this information solely to authenticate your account, provide AI-powered content generation, schedule and publish content on your behalf, improve platform performance, detect fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, communicate service updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information or use your private content to train public AI models without your explicit consent.

2. AI Processing, Third-Party Services & Data Security

When you use Nova10's AI features, the prompts, files, and content you submit may be securely processed by trusted third-party infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of delivering the requested functionality. Connected social media platforms only receive the content and actions that you explicitly authorize, such as creating drafts, scheduling posts, or publishing content. We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Although we continuously work to maintain a secure environment, no online service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with using internet-based services.

3. Your Rights, Payments & Refunds

You may update or delete your account information at any time, revoke connected third-party permissions through either Nova10 or the respective provider, and request deletion of your personal data where required by applicable law, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention. Purchases made through Nova10 are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. Customers who satisfy the applicable legal requirements may be eligible for a refund. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days of completing the transaction, provided that you have not accessed, activated, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun using the Service or received the benefit of any digital content. To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact our support team and provide your purchase details, the email address used during purchase, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle using the original payment method, subject to Paddle's processing procedures and applicable law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
